International Workshop on Fungal Grapevine Diseases

Registration and payment

To express your interest in attending the workshop, please complete the Online Registration Form as soon as possible. This will be acknowledged by email. The registration procedure is completed after the receipt of the registration fee via bank transfer (see below). As soon as we received your registration fee (deadline: 15 February 2015), you will receive another email confirmation.

The deadline for abstract submission is 25 February 2015.

The receipt of payment will be available at the reception desk of the Workshop. Should you need a proforma invoice in advance of your payment, or a detailed invoice after payment, please contact the Local Organizing Committee (grapedisease@ektf.hu).

The registration fees are as follows (all fees in Euro and include 27% VAT):

Please note: full time BSc, MSc and PhD students should provide a copy of their student card and their institution and/or supervisor/head of department details in a single PDF file, signed by the student and his/her supervisor, and send it as an email attachment to: grapedisease@ektf.hu

Registration fees include:

  • Shuttle bus service from Budapest airport to Eger on 29 March 2015 and back to the airport on 2nd April 2015
  • Welcome reception, coffee breaks, and all the meals included in the programme
  • Workshop bag, book of abstracts and Workshop pen-drive
  • Guided tours in the historical building of Eszterházy Károly College and historical centre of Eger
  • Trip to Tokaj wine region and dinner at Patricius Winery

Please enter your "Name" and "GRAPE DISEASE" in the "Message" section of your bank transfer (e.g., "John Smith, GRAPE DISEASE"). Also, please send an email to grapedisease@ektf.hu or a fax message to +36 36 523 464 when the bank transfer was done so the local organizers can check its receipt. The receipt of the registration fee will be confirmed by email. The email message will also confirm that the participant is officially registered for the workshop.

Participants have to make sure that all banking fees are charged to their own bank account and not to the account of Eger Innovations Ltd. The registration fees must reach the account of Eger Innovations Ltd. in full.

Important Notice

In order to avoid any trouble with money transfer, please send a copy of your remittance receipt of payment by email: (grapedisease@ektf.hu) or fax: (+36 36 523 464). After receipt of your payment, the participant will be officially registered and will receive a confirmation of payment by email. Please bring this email confirmation with you to Eger.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Local Organizing Committee. Cancellations made on or before 31 December 2014 will be refunded minus 100 Euro administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date. All refunds will be made after the end of the Workshop (2 April 2015).

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation, should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Local Organizing Committee will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Disclaimer

In the event of industrial disruptions, the Workshop Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Workshop Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.

Liability

The Organising Committee and/or Workshop Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Workshop. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
